All Fred Silver’s products carry two-year limited warranty when used under normal conditions.

What your warranty covers: 

o   Defects in materials or workmanship. 

For how long after your purchase: 

o   Two year

o   The warranty period begins with date of purchase.

What we will do:

o   Provide you with a new unit. The replacement unit is under warranty for the remainder of the original product’s warranty period.

How to make a warranty claim: 

o   Include evidence of purchase date such as the bill of sale. Also your name and shipping address for replacement unit and a description of the defect.
